There are multiple ways to give and each way allows you to receive a gift from one our sponsors
Tier 1: $1000 donation (Enters you into each gift category twice)
Tier 2: $500 donation (Enters you into each gift category once)
Individual Donation Levels:
Category 1: $250 donation (1 Entry in Siesta Condo 1 Week stay) (see terms and conditions for booking window) $2700 value.
Category 2: $150 donation: 2-3 night stay Cabin rental (2 choices, A. Ellijay, B. Blue Ridge) (see terms and conditions for booking window) $850-$1000 value.
Category 3: $100 donation: A. Signed Austin Riley ($500 value) Jersey B. Signed Nick Chubb UGA Game Jersey ($500 value)
Category 4: $50 donation: Signed Matt Ryan Football (Falcons Ball) ($350 value)
Category 5: $50 donation: Roswell GA 4 Session Chiropractic Package
Category 6: $25 donation: A. Signed Hayden Hurst Football B. Signed Hayden Hurts Mini Helmet. C. Signed Fred McGriff Picture
Category 7: $25 donation: Gift Baskets (2) Doterra Products
Once you select your Donation choice, write down the amount, the category and the sub category if there is one and select the button below. You can make multiple donations as long as the dollar value is associated with the correct category
(Example $100 Category 4, we will treat this as 2 donations meaning 2 chances for a gift)
The Need
Proceeds from the event go toward the following:
