180 Run For Hope 5K
January 15 - February 15 2022

The team at 180 is busy preparing to launch our first Virtual 5K that will offer several ways to participate, support, and sponsor. Our mission is to raise awareness of mental health issues and raise money to be able to provide training to staff, volunteers, and parents as well as weekly mentorship program with students that we hope will give students and young adults resources and people to connect with to know they aren't alone. A portion of the proceeds will be shared with the Will To Live Foundation to assist with their mission to prevent teen suicide.

Race Details

The Run for Hope Virtual 5K is a run on your own time 5K for all ages. Signup and then you have until December 15th to complete your 5K. We have 4 groups for all types of runners, and non-runners, ranging from your weekend runners through competition runners. The entry fee is $40 for16 and up and each participant will receive a t-shirt, a race bib, and a event bracelet. For those under 16, the race fee is $25 which also includes the event t-shirt, race bib, and a event bracelet. Race items will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of registration.

Ways to Participate

(Beginner)
Run the race before Dec. 15th

This is our self-paced, do it yourself group. The race does not have to be run all at once. Once you sign up, you can run/walk with a friend or by yourself, just report in that you competed the race and send us a picture, no time needed.

(Intermediate)
Run by yourself or with a Group

This is our self-paced, do it yourself group, and the goal would be to complete the race in total on one day. Once you sign up, you can run with a friend or by yourself, this group will have a leader board and times posted by age group. Awards will be given in this group

(Advanced Division)
Run by yourself or in a Group

This is our competitive division where you can run by yourself, but we would love to have groups run together. This group will have a leader board and times posted by age group. For this group please track time via a running app and screen shot it. Awards will be given in this group

Group Run & Host Party

For those out of town, or in certain areas that have a group of runners, a club, team ect, that want to team up and do this together, we will provide some extra signs, banners and support to help plan a race party, and the 180 team will work to support and share the reason behind out mission!
